So you want to fly! Below you will find our schedule of classes. Please read carefully to know which class is for you and how you need to register.  If you have purchased deals through Amazonlocal or Groupon, you will need to email us with your name and class choice to get registered. Email us with any questions you might have, and we will do our best to get you climbing soon. Preregistration is required for all classes, and we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

Classes in Series
Introductory classes occur in series and new vocabulary is learned and built upon each week. Because of this, students are required to take their classes in four consecutive weeks. Please select the month and time you would like to take class and email us (info@liftedarts.com) to reserve your spot. Your email should include a first and last name as well as the time of day and month you wish to register for.

Open Classes
If you have purchased a 5 Class drop-in card, these are the classes available to you. If you would like to do a one-time drop-in, these classes are good for you too. These classes give are open to a variety of ability levels. You do not necessarily need to have experience in order to register for them. In addition, because they are not in series, you do not need to attend the same class each week. Pre-registration is still required. 

Aerial BodyFit- This class is designed to give you a full body workout through aerial conditioning. Our aerial equipment turns into a small gym as we run through exercises that aerialists use in their daily training. 

Open Aerial- This class is designed for multiple ability levels. You will be guided through a warm-up and then move into a open-ended class scenario. Students are welcome to ask questions of their instructor and work on personal aerial goals. The class is typically student driven and teacher monitored, but the teacher might also choose to do a more guided workout if the class needs. 

Workshops
 2 hour Introductory Aerial Workshop- If you purchased our deal through Groupon, this is the workshop you are looking for. After selecting the appropriate time and date, please email us with your top choice. We hope to get you into a workshop as soon as possible!
